Halo Estetique
A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is provided.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit. After a no-show, full prepayment may be required to book another appointment.
Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full treatment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. The original service price may still apply.
All completed services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact Halo Estetique promptly so I can assess the situation and provide appropriate guidance.
